TAXES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery for each order. 

International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.

All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 business days from when the order was placed, unless otherwise noted per item's description. Pre-order and backorder items will be shipped once they are in stock. 

If your order consists of both in stock items and pre-order or backorder items, we will not ship your order until all items can be fulfilled. If you would like to receive your in stock items first, please place separate orders.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your order after 3 weeks, please notify customerservice@authmade.com.

All customers will receive tracking details via email upon dispatch, and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions. 

Authmade is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier of the package. Authmade will not replace any packages.

Any product shipped back to Authmade as a policy dispute or order refusal will be subject to a Forced Refund. Such customers will be refunded for order subtotal (minus a 5% restocking fee).

RETURN POLICY

For all items purchased through our Retailer Partners, please refer to the store's own Return/Exchange policies. Please return your items to the original point of purchase.

All items purchased through our online store are final sale, we do not offer returns. If an error is made on our end or the item you received is damage, we will fix it. To ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us with any questions or inquiries as it pertains to sizing or the item prior to making a purchase. 

If you receive an incorrect order or the item is damage, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at customerservice@authmade.com with your order number and reason. Once the Return/Exchange is approved, we will send you an RA# and a return label. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Any Return/Exchange sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

All requests are subject to approval and we reserve the right to refuse a Return/Exchange for any reason. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please declare your return as “9801 - US Goods Returning” on your commercial invoice.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed and confirmed, you cannot modify or cancel the order. 

Authmade reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraud. All cancellations will be refunded in full. Authmade has the right to cancel any order for any reason.
