All items are final sale, we do not offer returns. If an error is made on our end or the item you received is damage, we will fix it. To ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us with any questions or inquiries as it pertains to sizing or the item prior to making a purchase.
If you receive an incorrect order or the item is damage, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason. Once the return/exchange is approved, we will send you an RA# and a return address. Please obtain a tracking number on your return shipment for your records.
All requests are subject to approval and we reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange for any reason.
Please declare your return as “9801 - US Goods Returning” on your commercial invoice.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, you cannot modify or cancel the order.
Swish Authentics reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraud. All cancellations will be refunded in full. Swish Authentics has the right to cancel any order for any reason.
